Job Purpose
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting church events, news, and messages through various social media platforms. Your social media expertise, creativity, and regular online presence will be instrumental in engaging our online community and fostering connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with church messaging and values.
- Create graphics, videos, and written content to capture the attention of online audiences.
- Posting Schedule:
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across various social media platforms.
- Ensure that posts are timely and relevant to church events and activities.
- Community Interaction:
- Interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Communications Team to optimize social media strategies.
