Church Facilities Team:

Purpose: The Church Facilities Team is dedicated to ensuring the efficient set up and set down of our church facilities, creating a conducive environment for church programs and events.

Job Purpose

As a Facilities Set Up/Set Down Volunteer, you will actively contribute to the preparation and restoration of our church facilities for various programs and events. Your reliability and commitment to maintaining the condition of our church premises will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for our congregation.

Key Responsibilities

Set Up Preparation:

- Assist in preparing the church facilities for upcoming programs, events, or services.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, chairs, tables, and musical instruments are set up in an organized manner.

Set Down Completion:

- Participate in the efficient set down of facilities following the conclusion of programs or events.
- Return equipment, chairs, tables, and musical instruments to their designated storage areas.

Cleaning and Organization:

- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the facility during both set up and set down processes.
- Ensure that the environment is tidy and welcoming for congregants.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Facilities Team to coordinate set up and set down efforts.
- Work as a cohesive team to ensure a smooth transition between programs.
