Purpose: The Church Prayer Ministry exists to provide spiritual support to our congregation through the power of prayer. Our mission is to intercede for the needs of our members and provide comfort in times of need.

Job Purpose

As a Prayer Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our church’s prayer ministry. Your commitment to prayer will provide spiritual support to our congregation, offering intercession for their needs and extending comfort to those facing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Prayer Meetings:
- Attend and actively participate in prayer meetings as scheduled by the Prayer Ministry.
- Engage in group prayer sessions, lifting up the concerns and requests of our congregation.
Intercession:
- Offer heartfelt prayers of intercession on behalf of individuals, families, and our church community.
- Pray for healing, guidance, comfort, and spiritual growth for those in need.
Comfort and Support:
- Extend compassion and provide spiritual support to individuals facing challenges or difficult times.
- Offer comforting prayers and words of encouragement.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding prayer requests and sensitive information shared within the prayer ministry.
Continual Growth:
- Foster personal spiritual growth and deepening of faith through active participation in the prayer ministry.
- Seek opportunities for learning and enrichment in the area of intercessory prayer.
